John Deere – Alvorada Agricultural Systems | Pelotas/RS

With 4,842.70 m² of built area on a 20,000 m² plot, the headquarters of the Alvorada John Deere dealership in Pelotas (RS) was built using a dry construction system, which minimized waste generation and reinforced the commitment to sustainability from the execution stage.

The project prioritized flexible spaces, allowing for a layout adaptable to the demands of customer service and equipment display, as well as wide corridors for the circulation of large agricultural machinery.

By adopting innovative and environmentally responsible construction solutions, the project combines speed of execution, quality control, and reduced impact, offering a robust infrastructure aligned with John Deere's global standards.
