Andora is represented by managing partners Flávio Dahlem da Rosa, Adriano Rihan, and Marco Alcântara. These three professionals have extensive experience and expertise in the construction industry.

A civil engineer from PUCRS and a business administrator from UFRGS, he has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years. Throughout his career, he has been the technical manager for an extensive portfolio of industrial, commercial, and corporate projects in various regions of Brazil.

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate market, he has a solid track record in development, with extensive knowledge in managing residential, commercial, and corporate projects.

Adriano Rihan

Director of Incorporation

A civil engineer with a degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), he has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He has participated in the delivery of over 370 projects, consolidating his track record in large-scale, highly technically complex projects across a variety of sectors.
