Project

Hotel Moov | Porto Alegre/RS

The renovation and expansion of the former Orpheu Theater in Porto Alegre (RS) gave rise to the Moov Hotel, combining historical preservation and modern sustainable construction solutions.

Focusing on the restoration of the building's original facade, dating from 1923, the project was executed with extreme care to maintain the architectural characteristics of the heritage site, respecting the wall framing and symbolic elements of the old structure.

In addition to its historical significance, the project was designed based on LEED certification criteria, which recognizes sustainable buildings with a low environmental impact.

The result is a space that preserves the city's memory while adapting to the current needs of the hotel industry, combining history, comfort, and environmental responsibility.
