With 5,200 m² of constructed area and developed in less than 10 months, the expansion of SLC Máquinas' headquarters in Cruz Alta (RS) was planned with a focus on efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.

The project received LEED Silver certification, an international recognition that attests to buildings with environmental responsibility and high technical performance. Among the solutions adopted are energy generation through photovoltaic panels, natural lighting, thermal and acoustic comfort, water reuse, and efficient waste management from the construction phase onwards.

The new structure consolidates a future-oriented building model, with logistical, environmental, and technological benefits for the company's operations in the state.
