The administrative headquarters of Sicredi Zona Sul, in Pelotas (RS), was the first Regional Superintendency of the cooperative to achieve LEED certification, an international seal that recognizes buildings committed to energy efficiency, responsible use of resources and reduction of environmental impacts.
